What types of training do you offer at The Corner?
We offer a variety of training sessions suitable for all levels, from beginners to competitive athletes. Our programs include boxing classes, fitness conditioning sessions, as well as strength and endurance training. We also have a competition team for those interested in amateur or professional fights.
Do I need boxing experience to join the gym?
Not at all! Whether you're a beginner or have boxing experience, we have classes suited to your level. Our coaches will guide you and help you progress, no matter where you're starting from.
Can I train outside of group classes?
Yes! In addition to our group classes, you can book private training sessions with one of our coaches or use the gym facilities for free training during opening hours.
How can I join the competition team?
If you already have boxing experience or wish to join the competition team, you can discuss it with the gym's head coach, Coach El Mostafa. We evaluate each member's skills, discipline, and commitment before integrating them into our team.
Do you offer private classes?
Yes, we offer private classes for those seeking personalized training with one of our coaches. These sessions are perfect for working on specific techniques, preparing for a competition, or reaching individual fitness goals.
What are the cancellation or modification conditions for a private session?
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. To modify or cancel a private session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. After that, cancellation fees may apply.
